Which PS3 action/shooter game should I play next?

I just recently started playing video games again since I got a Playstation 3 and have been really into games like Metal Gear Solid 4 and the Half-Life 2 games (haven't played the earlier games in these series). Hashimoto's Patients: Thyroid Hormone Resistance?

So, here's what's going on with me. I've tried synthetic and desicated thyroid meds. The best I've felt is what I'm on now, which is 1 gram of armour (38 mcg t4, 9 mcg t3) and an additional 7.5 mcg of a "bio-identical" compounded t3. My bod is not seeming to convert t4 in to t3, and if I take any more meds, at this point, I become hyperthyroid, which is miserable to me. Even though my t4 is at 1.6, and my t3 is about 345, my tsh is still over 3.5. I don't feel as awful as I did before, but I have a very hard time losing weight, my energy is low, and really keeps getting worse and worse, my hair continues to fall out, but then it grows back, I have vertical lines in my nails, as if they're breaking down the middle, and the water retention is extremely uncomfortable. Any thoughts? Is it thyroid hormone resistance? If so, what can I do for this? Do you think it's my pituitary? I'm currently waiting to see another doctor, but mine seems like he's dragging his feet and giving me the run around.

I can't remember all the details of the dream but it was a number of people being slaughtered for not "believing" in the same manner as the people doing the slaughtering. Purchasing a home in a neighborhood I dont care much about?

I have the opportunity to (rent to own) a home in an area that i never really wanted to live in. The only reason why I am even entertaining the thought of buying is because My current lease is almost up and my family and i need a lil more space..however, the house that is being offered to me is being offered at a price about $15k below market value in the area which is a good thing. oh my gosh, you will never figure this out, I have been a nurse here for 5 years and still can't figure it out myself. Medicare is governmental supplemental insurance for those over 65 years old. Medicaid is governement istance for those who are basically poor, altough there is a lot a fraud on that issue. An HMO is a health management organization, and they basically determine what kind of health coverage a person will get. If a person has an HMO, they have to use the HMO's doctors and there is a lot of fraud there too. A lot of times Dr's get kickbacks from the HMO's for not prescribing needed treatments. In order for a person to get to a specialist they will need approval from their primary care provider (PCP). A PPO is another type of health insurance that is a little less restrictive to the patients than HMO's are. Basically a health consumer pays these companies for insurance and then the company decides what you get and what you don't. Don't worry if you can't figure it all out right now. I'm still working on it.

I am due to have in two weeks surgery for a neuroma, bunion repair and tarsel tunnel repair on my right foot. Will later have the same done on my left foot. Ok, I was served my summons papers on Friday night at 7:30 p.m. and the trial for temporary custody was set for the following Monday at 2 in the town where the father lives, which is 3 hours away. The father was absent for the first year, when I took him to court for child support. I was still in high school and needed the help to make it. After that he started seeing the baby more often. Then when I went to college him, his fiance, and his parents all moved into a house near the town where I was attending college. I was having a tough time managing the tough university and work and the baby, so I moved to my current location with my fiance. I am taking online cles and i stay at home with the baby all day. The father and I worked out a deal between the two of us where we each spent a week with the baby. I only did this to be agreeable and decent, because I wanted the baby to have his father in his life. Now he has unexpectedly sued me for full custody of our 1 and 1/2 year old son. He wants me to only have weekend visitation and for me to pay child support to him. The only thing I am worried about is the fact that I have a misdemeanor charge on my record. But the father also has a minor in possession charge on his record. Can anyone give me some insight into what the outcome will be. The father has a lawyer, but I do not, because I didn't have sufficient time to obtain one.

Worked out last night, woke up this morning...?

I'm sure most people know what the perfect pushups are, and the perfect pullup is. Rotating handles that the perfect fitness people preach work out more than regular pushup and pullups do. Supposedly easier on joint strain too. Yesterday my workout looked like this 3x reg pushups, 2x wide pushups and 1x reg pullups all til failure. I woke up this morning and my front part of my shoulder, I guess the part of your rotator cuff closest to your chest, was out of this world sore. The other is just a little sore. I havent worked out in several weeks, and i havent worked out with those things in forever. Generally i done general weight lifting, but yesterday i was in a hurry. So my question is, does this sound like i have tendonitis, just sore from the workout, or maybe i've pulled it? It's basically a little more over from where your pec and shoulder connect, like maybe a centimeter past that.

I started having extreme pain in my back a few years ago, and I just recently had an MRI and they diagnosed me with degenerative joint disease. Covering for keyboard?

My computer is in the kitchen and the keyboard gets really sticky over time which results in this icky fur/dustbunny combo of stuff between the keys. I use Dawn Dishwashing detergent and a slightly wet papertowel as well as a foam Q-tip to clean between the keys, but I'd like to prevent the problem. Can you suggest a covering that is THIN? How do I fix my computer suddenly running slowly?

Yesterday, I was using one of my school's wireless connection surfing the web on facebook, blackboard, and a (frequently visited) wiki website and my internet explorer stopped responding. This was nothing unusual at first, so I just pressed ctrl+alt+del and clicked on task manager. Task manager took forever and a day to come up, my screen almost looked frozen suddenly. The performance was unbearable, so I just cut it off and turned it back on only to stare at Welcome with a loading icon next to it for like 20 minutes. I cut it off again and went to safe mode which was still slow, but not as slow and tried to scan my computer then cleaned up my registry. After that I did Disk Cleanup and Disk Defragmenter and my computer started running a little faster, but it's still slower than it was yesterday and all the time before that. The startup varies from kind of slow to go-watch-tv slow, and isn't slow at all in safe mode. Also, during my scan I saw some backdoor.rustock files and some other backdoor files, but my norton didn't identify it as a threat.

It kind of depends on whether the have spotters or not. At my gym, they dont spot u because they are kind of giving out lessons that way. But other gyms have spotters because a lot of the people at the open gym probably take lessons there and need to work on some stuff. But just look around for some gyms and ask them if they have couchs at the open gym who could spot. And the levels range at open gyms and it would depend on how well u do the first couple of times u go to it to know if u could get it in time but u should be able to since u aren't new to them. The best place to practice would be at an open gym.

I'm 16 and I've been with my fiance for 2yrs 6months. We've been having for just over 2yrs and for about a yr I've been feeling really broody. I don't want to be lectured over this, I want and need serious answers. My fiance feels broody too but we both understand why we can't have a baby yet (we're both 16). Something killed/eviscerated mycat and 8 wk old kitten. they were found INSIDE my horse trailer!!?

Two nights ago my cat and her 4 8 wk. old kittens were inside my horse trailer...There is a window with a grill on it that the mommy cat squeezes thru to come and go...anyway, the next morning one of the babies was just gone...vanished. I thought maybe mommy just moved it...now i know that wasn't the case!I brought the other babies (good size) inside the house for safety, but last night mommy meowed to go out so I let her. This morning I was looking for the missing baby and i opened the door of the horse trailer and found the mommy cat dead. her face was kind of messed up but the most disturbing thing was that whatever killed her totally eviscerated her. all her insides were eaten away. WHAT THE HECK got INTO my horsetrailer thru a 3" opening and did that? I know Tomcats will kill kittens but I didn't think they'd get a mommy cat? Also, we have seen some raccoons around the place after dark. My neighbor saw a snake last week...I'm really creeped out and sad!

When I was 15 yrs old I called a local radio station to request a song. That's where this all began...that was 12 years ago. I would talk to the D.J. that worked nights, We talked every night. I had a crazy home life. I was not in school and my brother was an absolute control freak. I wasn't even allowed to take phone calls according to him unless it was a female. So this DJ would give me helpful advice and he helped me to cope with my situation. After a few years he was my best friend....he was also 18 yrs older than me. He ended up getting fired when I was around 19 so I called him at home and we re-connected. He invited me to come and see him one night, We'd only met once before and it was very brief. I reluctantly went, not knowing what to expect. I was a virgin and was planning to wait for marriage. After a while of being there he began to try to get "cozy" with me but I didn't allow it to go far. I definitely had some feelings for him (I think I almost had a stroke that night) This little charade continued with him for a couple of months but I never had with him. I was disgustingly in love with this man by then. My control freak brother told my Dad of many things that upset him (none of which actually happened) My Dad calls him and tells him that he's going to kill him and get him fired etc. I don't hear from him for several months. I was totally heart broken, This was the man that I wanted to marry, Who's now been scared off for NO GOOD REASON! In the midst of my devestation I began scrambling to find someone else to take my mind off that situation. I found him and shortly after I married him. I was 20 yrs old and married. All was good until Mr.DJ called. I found myself short of breath and breathing into a paper bag! It was 1 yr since we'd talked and now I was married. I was obviously still in love with this guy and married to another. We kept in touch for several long and hard years and stayed close friends. On the 7th year of my marriage and 3 kids later, I decided that I couldn't take it anymore and I went to see him. We had our first kiss 8 yrs after our first date. It only confirmed my feelings. 6 months later I made him the 2nd guy that I 'd ever had with. 7 months after that i did it again. The following month my Dad ped away and I realized that everythang was out of control, I stopped all communication with him shortly after. It's been 1 year since I talked to him and I have an overwhelming urge to call or text him. I know the road leads to no where but this happens to me everytime! I can go a year knowing it's a bad idea. I still think about him everyday but at a level that I can handle, But when it gets to the 1 yr mark I lose my mind! I think Lebron is the best player in the league now but I find it silly to compare him to someone other than Kobe or D-Wade. Major stomach discomfort - I have no idea what it is?

During the day I experience a burning sensation in my stomach every now and then - towards the evening I feel VERY uncomfortable. I don't know how to describe it - it's like a mixture of nausea and bloatedness and flatulence. I just had dinner and I had to stop halfway because I had difficulty swallowing. I use the rowing machine at the gym, The effects are great. long-term.. you would become a lot more toned as the rower works particularly on the arms and back of your legs as you are pulling using your arms and legs. Don't laugh but I colored my room blue to match a bar of soap. It's a Dove bar in a white box that says it has cooling cuber in it. Dog chronic diarrhea, this is an emergency?

I desperately need help. My dog is 8 months old and has chronic diarrhea. I have tried everything. We did a fecal twice- nothing. I had his blood tested- everything okay. He has been on different dog food brands (Canidae, Orijen, Acana, Before Grain, Wellness) and I have tried different types (chicken, lamb, fish). Still diarrhea. I now feed him just plain rice with canned pumpkin- STILL DIARRHEA. He has been on cortisone multiple times- they help temporarily but even then his stool is very soft, and by the end of the day he has watery stool. When I say my dog has diarrhea, I don't mean that soft poop, I mean literally nothing but water and mucus (sometimes with a tiny amount of blood in it) come out. My very last option as my vet said is to have an endoscopy done, which will run me $1200. Is there anything anyone can suggest to help me? My vet said even an endoscopy only has a small chance of finding out what's wrong. He can't have IBD or any other disease because my vet said the cortisone would have fixed it, at least temporarily. I have been to two vets and both have said they never have seen a case like this, where no medicine will respond. Please someone help me, I am losing hope and I feel like my dog is in extreme pain all the time. If he keeps up like this, he might die from malnutrition.

I have been lifting weights since 10th grade im now 20. When I started the first few year I worked out like 3 hours 4 days a week and lost alot of weight I actually got kinda skinny. I thought I was gaining muscle but I was actually skinny becuase I was overworking my muscles and wasnt gaining m. For the past couple of years I have been working out an hour 4 days a week. I have gotten alot bigger than I was, I mean im not freakishly huge but im pretty stout. Anyways Since I have been working out 1 hour instead of 3 I have gained weight around my waist. I am not a body builder I am not trying to be perfect or anything. But I dont want fat around my waist I dont have to have abs I just want a thin waist. My stomach isnt really big its my sides that have gotten bigger. So basically my arms and chest are big but my waist is kinda fat. I dont want to do ab exercises because I dont want to revolve all my time around exercise. I just want a thinner waist. How can I do this? What kinds of foods should I eat?

We have a 4 year old male beagle who is extremely loveable! In the past 2 months he snipped at a neighbor girl that he knows when she was on her bike. At first I thought it was the movement of the bike that he didn't like. Today the same little girl walked into our yard to pet him and he snipped at her again. My husband was able to grab him otherwise he would have bitten her. We don't understand what is causing him to do this. He has never wanted to bite anyone. He is such a loveable dog! you sound like af acadamy material. you should start working on your package now. also, don't let your gpa fall below 3.5. be aware that it will be quite some time before you're dropping bombs off of an f-16. you'll have 4 years at the acadamy, then even once you get accepted to pilot training, you'll spend months in 'casual' status, waiting for your cl to start. then, once you finally get thru training and to your operational duty station, you will be taking out the trash and making the coffee for the rest of the squadron. but, when you go to a bar, and a hot chick asks what you do, you can say, "i'm a fighter pilot." and when you finally get to take off and turn on your after-burners for your first combat sortie, it will all be worth it.
