Can some one help get a sub file for an anime i downloaded?

A little more info please. Which season and which episode(s)? Was it a raw you downloaded? If not you might be having an issue with your media player. I can demux the sub files from my copies for your use but they might not be timed correctly to your copies and might have to be time shifted.
