I just found out there might be a offender in my neighborhood and we can't figure out how to check it?

my niece and i went on to offenders.com to check the zipcode option before you move to a town to see if any offenders are living in that current location and we couldn't find it can you help please? he/she was supposedly just getting out of jail.
