Special summoning dark eradicator warlock etc.?

Ok so if I have my dark eradicator warlock in my deck and I have dark magician on my side of the field can I special summon dark eradicator warlock from my deck? The rulings state that if a card doesn't specify where to special summon from then you can summon from your hand deck or graveyard. Also the rules state that you can conduct a special summon on either players turn soooo, how would that work out? Get where im going here?
