dose any one know how old u have to be to start filling out paper's to adopt.. im 13 and i want to go to colleg and have a husband befor i adopt but i want to konw wut i age i should fill out the paper's to lok at kids... nooo bad awsers..... and i do plan to have a husban and a 3 bead room condo in saleam(near bewichted statue) and a collge daploma....
