My game starts with a dos thing I ran it at school and it said - This system does not support full screen mode?

The program is Pizza Tycoon. Its on my flash drive and works at home (XP) and when I got to school it doesn't (Vista). It said 16 Bit MS DOS Subsystem at the top of the notice box if that helps. How can I run It?
