A guy who makes a girl feel up then down - like a yoyo, mainly cause he's a player?

hi, my baby daddy has ALWAYS cheated on me (because he such a popular guy and has money) but anyway, he always put me down, then later, apologizes to make me feel wanted again...he is just keeping me "in the loop" just in case he can't find better - I AM TRYING TO RUN away from him to stop him, but my finances won't let me right now...can you please give me some advice thank you.....I'm too hurt to find anyone else right now, this has been going on for 8 yrs now, he knows me like a book
