Could my kid have downs syndrome? please read?

we took the quad test which showed low risk/no risk of downs but I read that 50% of congenital heart defects are linked with downs. At our twenty week ultrasound we were told our kid has dextrocardia and that they were unable to locate the septum in the heart, so what are the chances?
