PLEASE HELP!!!!!! PIMPLE PROBLEM - Can someone please help me i need to get rid of my pimples as soon as i can?

i have pimples all around my chin and on my cheeks, im thirteen and im on normal DOXYCYCLINE HYDROCHLORIDE capsules which were described by my doctor and also CETAPHIL face wash but it doesnt seem to be fully getting rid of the pimples it just helps a little bit. I keep asking my mum if she can take me to a dermatoligist but she sais that they will just pescribe the same stuff, im really sick of having pimples and i want to get rid of them now!
