Does anyone worry that '24' will become reality---someone will stage a biological attack?

America is far too controversial in too many parts of the world. I'm starting to fear it is only a matter of time before a 'dirty bomb' is detonated or a biological agent is released in the water supply. Is anyone else fearing this?
