My cat has destroyed part of my woodwork, I'm not sure what this piece?

is called, but it's the part of the wood that fits in the seam of a curve of drywall (where the 2 pieces of drywall meet in a curve). I need to get a plastic covering for the woodwork so my cat will stop scratching it, does anyone know where I can get this?
