Any chance of getting into Fordham?

Im a junior now, and i cant ignore the fact that college is right around the corner. my freshmen year, i performed horribly and got a 2.1. My sophmore year, i did a little better and got a 2.8. if this year i maintain a 3.8, will fordham accept me. my ec's are key club, cross country, and i work in my town for a clothing company
