Can a nasal rinse cause any problems? I have deep sinus congestion (Nostrils are clear).?

I'm on Allegra-D, was on Prednisone as well. Initially, I was on the Z-Pack. Any other suggestions? I've started using Apple Cider Viniger, but not sure that is working.
