What job is right for me?

If writing is your specialty, but you can't manage long stuff, perhaps writing short stories would suit you. Many publications use short stories as entertaining fillers. Some publications even specialize in them depending on the genre. Unfortunately, "good-paying" is rarely achieved within the first few years. You have to be really good at it. You may have to find something else that you can do for income and do writing as a side job.
