HOW DO I GET RID OF FAT AROUND WAIST?

I have been lifting weights since 10th grade im now 20. When I started the first few year I worked out like 3 hours 4 days a week and lost alot of weight I actually got kinda skinny. I thought I was gaining muscle but I was actually skinny becuase I was overworking my muscles and wasnt gaining m. For the past couple of years I have been working out an hour 4 days a week. I have gotten alot bigger than I was, I mean im not freakishly huge but im pretty stout. Anyways Since I have been working out 1 hour instead of 3 I have gained weight around my waist. I am not a body builder I am not trying to be perfect or anything. But I dont want fat around my waist I dont have to have abs I just want a thin waist. My stomach isnt really big its my sides that have gotten bigger. So basically my arms and chest are big but my waist is kinda fat. I dont want to do ab exercises because I dont want to revolve all my time around exercise. I just want a thinner waist. How can I do this? What kinds of foods should I eat?
