What Are The Effects Of Rowing?

I use the rowing machine at the gym, The effects are great. long-term.. you would become a lot more toned as the rower works particularly on the arms and back of your legs as you are pulling using your arms and legs. If you do about 10 minutes (or longer if you can..) of rowing each day your fitness levels would become a lot better.
