Did NH Senator Judd Gregg have an illicit ual affair with his campaign treasurer Francis L. Cramer?

I have found that when persons are as phobic as Gregg, they are usually in the closet, or on the "down low." Looking up the relationship between Gregg and Cramer, it looks like they have been connected at the hip (perhaps literally) for many years. When someone is willing to let laws be broken to get a "pal" a job, it certainly raises questions.
