I want a baby at 16 years old?

I'm 16 and I've been with my fiance for 2yrs 6months. We've been having for just over 2yrs and for about a yr I've been feeling really broody. I don't want to be lectured over this, I want and need serious answers. My fiance feels broody too but we both understand why we can't have a baby yet (we're both 16). We're not financially stable, and I doubt either of our parents would let us live with them when I had a baby. We've been to see someone who said to see how it goes but if I still felt like it then they would help us out. I'm on the contraceptive pill and I've been tempted so many times to purposely miss a pill to fall pregnant but my fiance said he'd leave me if he ever found out I did. I'm 17 in 4months and I've got to the point where it's all I think about and I just sit there and cry. I feel that if I talk to my mum she'll go mad and think I'm already pregnant and I don't want that.. I'm at college studying child care, although I don't really want to be doing it and my fiance is in sixth form. I really need some advice on how to overcome this situation or to guide me and my fiance in the right direction.. Thanks.
