Fable Xbox How to get the Sword out of the stone?

I've had Fable since Christmas and I am full on my toughness and I need one more bar in physique. I STILL can't get the sword out of the stone near the Temple of Avo. If I were to get the stone, how much damage does it do? I have the Murren Greathammer, which does 270 I believe. Is the sword in the stone better than that? And how do I get the stone out, do I need that one more bar in physique?
