What to do after getting degree in bio?

Hi. So i am a sopre in college and I am thinking of my future ahead. I have no clue what i can do after getting a bachelor degree in biology! I would love to go to med school but i need to make money. What specific jobs can I do to make money? are there other schools, besides med school, i can go to incase i need a back up bc honestly, i don't think i will have the time or money for med school. Is RN out of my reach? will i have to start over? how about PTA? I am just trying to look our for my future before i get myself into a mess. PLease give serious answers. thanks soo much!
