Decorating a restaurant for my wedding?

What colour linens and centerpieces shoul I get for a rather large restaurant, that has a rather high ceiling, and white and dark yellow walls. Traditionally they use gold or dark red accents with white tablecloths, but for me it looks too bright... I would like to create some contrast, as the room is already very bright. What colors might go well with that dark yellow, considering this is a for a wedding venue? Thank you!
