Am I the only one who cringes when people sc their binders, or when people go down a metal slide in...?

Just thinking of those things makes me cringe, lol. Yes it does, I'm not sure the reason, I'm sure it probably has some scientific meaning to it, like to sound frequency or nerves or something. And whatever the reason, it's nothing serious, and it's not any different really than the people that cringe when someone scratches a blackboard. And definitely don't tell friends especially, because they will use it against you. That's what friends do, lol.
